Duties for the Treasury Accountant include: maintaining the back office accounting and reporting activities for specific treasury activities, coordinate maintenance of enhancements for financing, manage significant portions of the relationships with a number of key external parties including the company’s auditors and consultants, assist with the continuing definition of departmental strategic direction and the development and implementation of plans to achieve desired changes. Requirements

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and you must possess your CPA. Candidates must have 7+ years of professional experience including: daily interaction with top-line finance executives, supervising a team of up to 8 finance professionals, develop and maintain corporate knowledge of complex structured finance transactions, provide technical US GAAP guidance to international subsidiaries, maintain technical accounting expertise areas relevant to securitization (SFAS 140, FIN 46, SFAS 133, SFAS 107).
