Job Description
1- Act as culinary advisor for the production team.
2- Approval of product through each stage of the manufacturing process.
3- Ensure production procedures are followed as per standards and specifications.
4- Ensure the correct use of equipment and materials at all moments of production.
5- Identify and communicate all non conformances.
6- Assist and train team members in working methods, daily production and food preparation.
7- Use culinary knowledge and experience in meal preparations.
8- Prepare and dispatch daily work orders.
9- Ensure correct dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing and reassembly of equipment.
10- Receipt, storage, and rotating of raw ingredients (First in First out).
11- Participate in all quality related activities (verification of processes and sample collection).
12- Prepare, assemble and package all food products.
13- Maintain all levels of hygiene and work safety regulations as per Food Point procedures.
14- Assist in the implementation of all new dishes, and meal components.
15- Participate in regular feedback to Senior Operations manager, Research and Development department and the Technical Manager.
16- Support in problem solving situations in regard to food production or equipment performance.
17- Able to work under time related pressure so as to meet all production schedules.
18- Ensure that all new procedures are implemented and followed by all team members.
19- Ensure that new products and recipes are followed as per standards and specifications
