Job Description

Conducts marketing to secure clients. Originates real estate residential loans (coventional, Jumbo, Alt A, FHA, VA and reverse mortgages) by marketing to prospective clients, 1 or more years of experience in the business, leads provided, area - Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania, Flexible schedule - work from office or home, potential to become Manager.
Requirements

Must have automobile, cell phone and computer with printer and fax at home. Must be familiar with mortgage programs and marketing. Ability to structure loans, Follow thru on mortgages til settlement, Develop referrals from existing client base.
