Job Description

Above all else, the manager must assure the highest level of fast, courteous and professional support to other departments and teammates within the Credit Union in accordance with the organizations experience initiative. It is understood that this level of support shall be delivered to our owner/Members as well.

The manager is responsible for the general management of all Checking, ACH/Payroll, IRA, Visa Credit and Debit card, and ATM activities. This includes responsibility for the daily operations, settlement, and the timely and accurate processing of ACH/Payroll postings, Member check clearing/adjustments, and back office Visa and IRA operations.
Requirements

Electronic Services Manager:

1. Strong leadership experience to develop and manage a team that delivers fast, courteous and professional electronic services support to other departments and clients.

2. Experienced in ACH, Credit and Debit Card processing, ATM settlements and Item processing.

3. Familiar with Federal Reserve services

4. Ability to analyze and improve processes and procedures within the electronic services department.

5. Excellent database management skills with the ability to extract and use data to resolve problems and/or improve efficiencies.
