We are seeking individuals that are Competitive, Self-Reliant, Persistent, Exhibit High Energy and have Success Oriented Sales Aptitude and Ambition!
Must be Bilingual - Spanish required Hours: Must be available throughout the week and Saturdays. Will work Part Time hours, but it may be at anytime during the week. Part Time - Personal Bankers sell and cross sell ViewPoint Bank’s products and services. Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals. Provides exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities:

* Establish, retain and deepen relationships with existing customers and new customers to achieve sales goals.
* Identify and anticipate customer needs and match and recommend products and services to fulfill those needs.
* Practice needs based selling
* Manage customer contacts to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Open deposit accounts, take loan applications, respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
* Cross-sell products including referrals to other areas of the bank.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year retail or outside sales experience.
* Proven success with sales quotas/incentive programs.
* Previous lending experience.
* Previous new account experience.
