Responsibilities: Project Managers with a strong Architectural background for the Architectural Division of a reputed Dubai-based Developer.
Suitable candidates with over 4 years of experience may also apply for mid to entry level positions.

Skills: Candidates must display leadership, management and communication skills and be able to work with a high degree of integrity as team players.
Candidates must have a strong architectural background with management skills to assist in preconstruction/ design management processes such as the preparation of fee proposals, contract administration, billing, programme, manpower scheduling, financial performance and project reporting.
Experience with Large Projects, designing Tall Buildings and in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality and Mixed-use developments is a must.
Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera and other software tools is an asset.
Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
