This Dynamic University is looking for an experienced Financial Aid Counselor to join our New York team. Interested candidates should possess prior experience in loan processing and credit counseling. Advising current and prospective students regarding the financial aid processes, procedures, and rules and regulations is a large responsibility of the Counselors. Job Requirements • Two years experience or more in Student Financial Services • Must be upbeat and customer service oriented with excellent communication skills • Knowledge of Title IV Regulations and financial aid software a plus • Must possess a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Experience with Banner is a plus
