Job Requirements

Requirements

• Masters in Nursing

• 3 years experience in providing nursing education

• 4 years clinical practice

• Knowledge of the accreditation process and standards of the National League for Nursing

• Experience with online course development and delivery, evolving instructional technologies and media

• Experience in developing curriculum, measuring student learning outcomes, evaluating course efficacy, and assessing and improving student learning

• Experience teaching and relating to individuals from diverse academic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds

• Proven leadership in an academic and/or nursing environment

• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, and interpersonal skills working with students, colleagues, staff, advisory committees, and other external entities.
