The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of this high volume, full table service branded restaurant operation within a busy airport! Working with a General Manager, this is very much a hands-on position, leading from the front, maintaining high company standards of product and service. The focus will be on team training and maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth. The Person
A background in branded food led bar or restaurant industry is essential. Ideally my client is looking for an ambitious Manager with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills. The right candidate will be a strong existing Assistant or Deputy Manager, have good basic P&L knowledge and a passion for customer focus with an eye for detail! A background in training would be an advantage. There are great career progression opportunities for a vibrant and driven Manager!!!

Description: Contracts Manager - Heathrow - circa £50k plus package - Our client currently has an immediate vacancy for an exoerienced Contracts Manager to oversee numerous works within the airports division. The work is a maintenance contract for BBA (small civil engineering works) and they are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to be based at Heathrow Airport.
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing managing Civil Engineering Projects from planning stage through to final accounts. Responsibilities will include overseeing site teams, health & safety management, cost/value control, programming, commercial reporting, client liaison and you will be responsible for all correspondence and record keeping in accordance with company procedures.
You must be from an Engineering background and are likely to have obtained a minimum of a HNC in Civil Engineering. You may currently be working as a Contracts Manager for a Civil Engineering Contractor or you may be a Senior Project Manager looking for a new challenge. Either way, it is vital that you possess excellent communication and people management skills and have the drive and enthusiasm to manage multiple projects through to completion, within budget and program.
