The Client
My client currently operates high volume, high quality branded restaurants, cafes and bars and in the UK’s busiest airports and shopping centres. A market leader with over 15 years experience of delivering enhanced customer satisfaction and business profitability, through the development and delivery of outstanding brands!!!
The Role
As Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations and financial performance of this high volume, full table service branded restaurant operation within a busy airport! Working with a General Manager, this is very much a hands-on position, leading from the front, maintaining high company standards of product and service. The focus will be on team training and maintaining excellent service standards while driving the business forward and maximizing growth. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UKs leading branded companies!

The Person
A background in branded food led bar or restaurant industry is essential. Ideally my client is looking for an ambitious Manager with an outgoing personality and strong motivational skills. The right candidate will be a strong existing Assistant or Deputy Manager, have good basic P&L knowledge and a passion for customer focus with an eye for detail! A background in training would be an advantage. There are great career progression opportunities for a vibrant and driven Manager!!!

Salary: £24 - 30,000 per annum plus bonus scheme!!! (dependant on skills and experience)
