Description: Contracts Manager - Heathrow - circa £50k plus package - Our client currently has an immediate vacancy for an exoerienced Contracts Manager to oversee numerous works within the airports division. The work is a maintenance contract for BBA (small civil engineering works) and they are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to be based at Heathrow Airport.

As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing managing Civil Engineering Projects from planning stage through to final accounts. Responsibilities will include overseeing site teams, health & safety management, cost/value control, programming, commercial reporting, client liaison and you will be responsible for all correspondence and record keeping in accordance with company procedures.
You must be from an Engineering background and are likely to have obtained a minimum of a HNC in Civil Engineering. You may currently be working as a Contracts Manager for a Civil Engineering Contractor or you may be a Senior Project Manager looking for a new challenge. Either way, it is vital that you possess excellent communication and people management skills and have the drive and enthusiasm to manage multiple projects through to completion, within budget and program.
