Resume and CV - Are They Different?

If you want to get a job you need resume and CV. Many job seekers think that both are the same. Thus, we are going to clarify that they are different.

Resume

Resume is a summary which contains about yourself, including education, experience and expertise in accordance with the position you are heading. In addition to the marketers you are acting to support your job application letter. Resume is not more than two pages, although the field contains more detail will be explained in your job application letter.

Curriculum Vitae (CV)





While the curriculum vitae (CV) can contain more than resume. Not only to on-professionals-an only yourself. But more than that. In the CV, you can write about whatever activity you are dealing with many people, the environment, education and achievement in a wide field. For example: research on nutrition, beauty achievement as a model, get a gold medal in the championship pool. That achievement is all about you. But not necessarily have a position with the rapport that you apply. Entire resume can be mentioned in the CV. But not vice versa. Therefore CV can be more than two pages.

You can use the CV, among others, at the time:

1st

Prepare proposals for the application to get a scholarship to study or research.
2nd

Deliver the paper in a seminar, training or other tasks where the position is as a mentor.
3rd

Appreciation of the achievements of your top.
